About

Fabien is a French Flame Artist, VFX Supervisor and visual storyteller, bringing together technical expertise, creative vision and over two decades of experience in high-end post-production.

His passion for visual storytelling and attention to detail have led him to collaborate with some of the world's most renowned directors, artists and photographers, including Cary Fukunaga, Romain Gavras, Colin Tilley, Gordon von Steiner, Chris Milk, Bruno Aveillan and Anthony Mandler.

Fabien began his career in Paris, working with leading studios such as Mac Guff, Wizz and Mathematic. In 2012, he moved to New York, where he worked as a Lead Flame Artist and VFX Supervisor at PSYOPS, MPC, Method Studios and The Mill.

After returning to France during the pandemic, he continued collaborating remotely with US-based studios and creative teams, including The Mill, MPC, Arc Creative, Preymaker and Baron & Baron.

Today, Fabien integrates emerging AI technologies into his VFX workflow, pushing the boundaries of what can be achieved in post-production. These tools allow him to explore creative possibilities that were once technically challenging or simply out of reach, while opening new avenues for visual storytelling and experimentation.

Beyond post-production, Fabien has also directed films and immersive experiences. His work has been exhibited at the National Museum of Fine Arts in Taiwan and the Ming Contemporary Art Museum in Shanghai, and screened at international film festivals.

His immersive VR collaboration with British musician Floating Points premiered at the Future of Storytelling festival in New York, won Best Music Experience at London's Raindance Film Festival and was exhibited at the INA Festival in Paris.
